A Diani-based taxi operator needed to move upmarket — from ad-hoc phone bookings to a professional booking site quoting fixed fares transparently across 30+ coastal routes and vehicle classes.
What we built
Delivered a coastal transport site with a full fleet showcase (saloon to 25-seat minibus), fixed route/pricing tables in KES with live USD estimates, a WhatsApp-first booking widget, and dedicated pages for airport, SGR and hotel transfers.
